Crust:
2c crushed pretzels
3TB sugar
3/4c butter, melted
Mix together and press into 9x13 pan or glass dish and bake at 400 for 5 mins. Let cool.
Cream cheese layer:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1c sugar
12oz cool whip, thawed
1 19oz crushed pineapple (drained very well)
Mix together and pour over cooled crust.
Jello layer:
1 6oz raspberry jello
2c boiling water
1c ice cubes
1 pkg frozen raspberries
Stir together until syrupy start to set then put into fridge until set.
