(This recipe is from a girl named Stephanie that I met on a trip to Arrowhead in January '07)
1 C. Flour
1 C. Cornmeal
2 Tbsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
3/4 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 can Cream corn
1/2 C. Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 C. Monterey Jack Cheese
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Add butter and eggs
3. Add pineapple and corn
4. Add cheese and mix all together
5. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
