Zesty Grilled Vegetables

4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch-thick slices
3 each red and yellow peppers, cut into 1/3 inch-wide strips
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat grill to medium heat. grill vegetables 10 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

Place vegetables in a large bowl.

Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 8 servings.

When we grill veggies, we like to lightly coat them in olive oil, then put them on the grill (we cut zucchini in long strips), then afterwards, we cut the strips up into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle garlic salt on top.
